Hoa Truong joined Constantin in 2017 to manage our Ho Chi Minh City office. He has been assisting European investments with their set up and navigating the complex reglementary environment of Vietnam. He has served major companies in the manufacturing, agriculture, and construction industries.
In 2021 Hoa became Partner of Constantin and is overseeing the development of our Hanoi office.
Hoa is a qualified Chartered Public Account (Australia) and has a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of London.
