By joining forces with BM Management Consultancies, Constantin significantly strengthen its professional service offerings in the UAE and further expands its capabilities in strategic markets of the Middle East.
The newly integrated team will focus initially on providing audit and assurance services across the United Arab Emirates and support a wide range of clients across sectors, including high-growth emerging companies, privately-owned businesses, and large enterprises.

In November 2023, Gaenaelle made a strategic decision to join Constantin in the UAE and the wider MENA region. This move demonstrates her dedication to maintaining excellence and quality control, aligning audit services with the UAE’s new regulatory framework, and upholding international standards.

In 2007 and 2008, he served as the President of the Employment Committee of the French Business Council of Dubai and Northern Emirates. In May 2007, he founded Blue Marin Management Consultancies, specializing in serving multinational companies with a presence in the Middle East. He initially focused on headhunting in niche sectors and transitioned to leading company incorporation, governance, compliance, and corporate services since 2017
