Edward Yap joined the Constantin as a Partner in 2015 specialising in the provision of audit and assurance services.
Prior to joining Constantin, he started his career with Ernst and Young, Malaysia and subsequently joined Deloitte, Singapore before becoming a Partner of Constantin.
Over a period of more than 30 years in the provision of audit and assurance services, he was involved in the audit of diversified portfolio of companies, both public and private entities, from various industries such as banking, trading and manufacturing, hotel management, property development, constructions, plantations, project management and etc. Other experience includes the provision of litigation support services and financial due diligence review.
Edward Yap is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom, a Practising Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
